KingQuad 400 Auto
The new KingQuad 400 auto, like its predecessor, is built for simplicity and is now even easier to use with fuel injection providing smooth power delivery and a digital display giving clear readings at a glance.
The new multi-function display incorporates a speedometer, odometer, trip-meter, hour-meter, clock, fuel gauge and everything else you might need out in the field.
As well as giving a great responsive feel, the fuel injection system provides improved cold starting and greater fuel efficiency to keep you going longer between fill-ups.
The 400 retains our advanced engine braking system, which gives greater control and reduces brake wear and the handy ‘in gear’ starting capability is included as standard.
The 376cc engine delivers plenty of power for most farm and estate work. Specially designed tyres, four-wheel drive and high/low range will get you through, over or round just about anything the local landscape can put in your way.

Ural Cross / Cross TWD
Ural in Cross Country Trim
Ural motorcycles have evolved slowly and steadily since their birth in 1941. Major changes do not happen often, but about every 10 years there are noticeable technical improvements including 12 volt electrics, better lighting, improved braking, more power, and reverse gear.
During all of this development the shape and style of the sidecar body has not changed.
The introduction of the all new “Ural Cross” sidecar body, developed by the European distributor is truly revolutionary. The “Ural Cross” sidecar has been developed as a result of customer demand in Europe for more focused adventure motorcycle. A sidecar capable of carrying more varied loads over rough terrain, snow covered mountains and even competing in amateur off road competition.
For off road competition it is not necessary to have a well-padded, comfortable seat for the passenger. The “Ural Cross” has multiple hand-holds as it is important that the passenger can move around acting as a co-pilot to add stability and traction when needed in competition events.
The adventure rider considering an around the world trip has slightly different requirements. The “Ural Cross” has secure lockable storage as well as a large flat open loading area with plenty of tie down points for awkward loads. The moveable co-pilot grab bar quickly converts the Ural cross sidecar into a cargo sidecar.
The “Ural Cross” is available with or without selectable sidecar drive for European countries that drive on the right, and single wheel drive for countries that drive on the left. The “Ural Cross” is equipped with additional engine protection and a spare wheel on all models. Higher specification models also include a spade, first aid box and fuel can. Further accessories can be added to all models.
For those who already own a Ural combination the “Ural Cross” sidecar body is available separately. Simply unbolt the standard body and replace it with the new “Ural Cross” body. The combination is then ready for your adventure in any weather. If you want to carry your passengers in more comfort again, simply swap the sidecar bodies over.
More details are available from your Ural dealer.

Ural Ranger
A motorcycle for urban cowboys
The coating: matt. Always matt. In different shades, but guaranteed no chrome – definitely not shiny. A huge advantage as the rider is relieved of endless hours of polishing to keep the machine looking good – it ALWAYS looks good!
Scud, Pershing or Kalaschnikov are not included in the specification, although up until 2006 there was at least a holder for these toys on the sidecar boat; it was also useful for the fishing rod on the salmon hunt in Norway. This device fell victim to the Russian export restriction of military equipment.
A motorcycle like no other.
The Ranger conscripts are well kitted out and have the best ground clearance of all the Ural bikes. The sidecar wheel is engageable but with no differential. This guarantees a beautiful straight line drive in the most difficult terrain (but beware – sidecar drive definitely NOT recommended for tarmac roads with hairpin bends!)
For the pilot the sturdy flat twin 750cc engine is easy to start at the push of a button, or for the really macho, or those in need of some physical training, a kickstart exists. The console has a simple but functional design; warning lights in green, red and blue, a speedometer which shows kilometers per hour and miles per hour plus total kilometers and trip facility. And, as on all the Ural bikes, quality switches and levers made in Italy. All so simple that there is no need for extensive training or reference to an owners manual.
The co-pilot is also armed – spade, spot light, luggage rack above the spare wheel, air pump, 17 and more wrenches, screw driver, pliers, a container for the spare fuel or other fluids and a paint spray can to correct possible driving errors of the pilot.
In any case this vehicle is an eye catcher on the road and off.
Aggressive car drivers become as meek as lambs, and even motorcycle boy racers hang behind a while before they dare to over-take.
On the parking lot or in front of the coffee shop the Ranger really stands out, and when ridden in reverse gear heads really turn. If caught on forbidden forest roads the Ranger raises a smile even from the natural enemy of the enduro motorcyclist – the forester.
Today the Ranger is available in the following colour schemes:
Ranger Nato: The primary Ranger: camouflage in green-green-brown.
Surely the most military of all the Rangers.
Ranger unicolour green matt:
The most discreet of all the Rangers, if you can travel discreetly at all with a Ural!
Even hunters, foresters, farmers and other natural enemies of motorcycle drivers will often turn a blind eye to a green matt Ranger when caught red-handed driving over forbidden meadows, and forests.
Ranger Gobi: Camouflage cream-beige-brown. Since introduction to the market in 2011 it has become the number one on the popularity list of Rangers. The Gobi is not as military in appearance as the Nato, much milder. Even old-hippies buy this bike.
The Ranger shown here is equipped with optional accessories for which there is a supplement payable:
- Dual seatbench
- Trailer coupling
- Camping trailer

Ural T
Ural introduces a low priced basic sidecar model – The Ural T
Many details of the Ural motorcycle with sidecars have been continuously improved over the last few years.
Of course, this investment in quality has lead to an increase of the retail price.
The price of a new Ural with sidecar today is well over EUR 10.000,00 in Europe
Now there is a new Ural with sidecar below EUR 10.000,00, the Ural T.
This price has been achieved by reducing the equipment levels to only what is necessary in the same way as Henry Ford did with his Model T.
The Ural T does not have a rear passenger seat, spare wheel, engine
protectors, windshields and similar.
In order to speed up and simplify the production, the Ural T will only be painted in black. No chrome, everything will be black.
Of course all the missing parts can be added to the Ural T later if the customer requires these luxuries.
In the USA the Ural T has been on sale for over a year and it has proved very successful. The sales show the Ural T appeals to young people and owners new to sidecar riding. The all black trim is really cool. The sidecar appears slimmer, cleaner and more modern.
With the price below EUR 10.000,00, this new vehicle is also an interesting option compared to purchasing a used Ural. Low mileage, nearly new, second-hand Urals are scarce in Europe. Obviously customers who buy the Ural, do so for a life-time. Once you have one, you do not give it away again.
Existing Ural owners like this situation, because a well cared for, low mileage Ural will hold its value very well.
With the model T, the Ford Company had the biggest selling car world wide over a long time period. Ural produced the most popular factory built motorcycle and sidecar until the middle of the 90’s. With the Ural T, Ural wants to replicate this success in market leadership.
